Shelter in the Storm
30 Days of Rest for Weary Caregivers
You take care of everyone else. Who takes care of you? Written by a registered nurse, this 30-day devotional is for nurses, CNAs, and family caregivers who give care all day and rarely get to rest.
What's inside
Running on Empty
Honest about the exhaustion, and invited to rest.
In the Storm
Fear, grief, hard news, and the God who is in the boat.
Shelter in the Ark
Resting in the safety God provides.
The Olive Branch
Watching for hope as the waters go down.
Each day takes about ten minutes: a Scripture passage, a short reflection drawn from real caregiving moments, a simple prayer, and one journaling question.
